Will I lose weight?


The answer is not straight a straight yes or no. Your body will be cleansing and detoxifying - this may lead to weight loss or restore to your natural body weight. Remember, our 7-day Ayurvedic detox meal plan has been created to kick start your body's rejuviantion process and doesnt just aid weight loss. It is a holistic whole-body programme; the goal is to balance vata, pitta, and kapha (body Doshas) digest and eliminate ama (toxins), balance and strengthen agni, and restore the body’s natural intelligence. These are powerful outcomes and they tend to reset our baseline health at very deep levels. Remarkably, the process can be both curative and preventative because cleansing helps to reinvigorate the body’s best internal defense mechanisms, as well as its capacity for repair and renewal. As a result, truly profound changes often follow even our cleanse. Our Ayurvedic cleanse helps to:

What will happen after the 7-day Ayurvedic detox?


During the 7-day cleanse, you will be eating a simplified Ayurvedic diet of poa, mung dhal soup and kitchari, freshly prepared each morning by our Ayurvedic experts. This diet is substantive enough that you can maintain your essential responsibilities while resetting the digestive system, supporting the elimination of toxins, and balancing your natural and original Dosha (body-type; vata, pitta, and kapha). Healthy elimination is critical to the detoxification process After your cleanse After you complete this simple yet highly effective, seven-day cleanse, your body may continue to process toxicity for a few days. And, your digestive system will have become accustomed to a very clean diet; you may even be somewhat sensitive to overly stimulating or processed foods. A slow transition back into your normal routine and a more diverse diet will help to preserve the benefits of your cleanse. For a couple of days afterwards, eat semi-solids (a variety of mashed green vegetables seasoned with Ayurvedic spices and/or mung dhal soup along with plenty of herbal teas). This is not the time to celebrate with pizza and a beer! Also, pay special attention to how you handle potentially aggravating foods like dairy, wheat, soy, and nightshades after your cleanse. Your body may have some new information to offer you about your relationship with specific foods. A fresh start While this cleansing model is incredibly short and simple, it can be quite powerful. According to Ayurveda, balanced agni is the key to optimal health and longevity. Our bodies are incredibly intelligent, and our 7-day cleanse gives them an important opportunity to kick start the elimination of toxins and strengthen agni. Can everybody do the 7-day Ayurvedic detox meal plan?


Our cleanse can be undertaken at any time of year, but it will be especially beneficial at the junctions between seasons—when our bodies are ripe with a sense of transition already. However, even a very simple cleanse like this one is not appropriate during menstruation, for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for anyone who is extremely weak or debilitated at the moment. Before beginning the 7-day detox you will be required to complete a consultation form, outlining all health conditions, allergies and mediciation you are taking, which will be reviewed by our Ayurvedic practictioners. If we feel you are not suitable, we will refund 100% of your money.




When will my meals be delivered?


One of the key principles of Ayurvedic cooking/medicine is to eat fresh food. Our 7-day detox meals will be freshly cooked every morning and delivered to you daily before you start your working day. You can chose where you want it to be delivered & from the time slots available (between 7.30am - 10am)
